  • Can I change the color and variety of my flowers  - Every effort will be made to replicate the flower image you are ordering, however varieties and colors are based on availability. Branches & Twigs reserves the right to make adjustments based on season and availability. 
  • Can I request a specific delivery date - If you want your flowers delivered on a specific delivery date, additional delivery fees may apply if the the delivery tim eis possible. Please email andrea@branchesandtwigs.com for a quote.
     
  • When will my flowers be delivered? Deliveries will be made during business hours on Thursdays, unless otherwise noted in the product description.  Most holidays have their own delivery schedule specifically noted in the product.  Please contact andrea@branchesandtwigs.com with special requests.*Sorry, but delivery is not available for orders under $65 or all boutonniere and corsage orders.
  • Can I have a custom flower arrangement made - Yes. We offer custom arrangements based on our availability of flowers. Please email andrea@branchesandtwigs.com for more information.
  • Can I specify a delivery time - You can request a delivery window of morning or afternoon in the notes, and we will try to accomodate.  We will make every effort to have the blooms delivered within the requested window, but depending on demand we may not be able to comply and thus cannot garauntee it.

  • What if the recipient isn’t home - If the weather is appropriate and the area is protected, we will leave the flowers outside your door.  We will notify the recipient by text that the flowers have been left. If we are delivering to an apartment building or condo, we will leave with the concierge and notify the recipient by text.  If the temperature is not suitable to leave the flowers, we will contact you and attempt to deliver on a different day. An extra fee will be applied or you can make arrangements to pick it up at our design studio.
  • Do I have to leave a recipient phone number - Yes. In order for us to process your order, you must leave the recipient number.
  • Do you do flowers for weddings and events? - Yes. Please visit branchesandtwigs.com for more information.
  • Do you offer weekly/monthly flower subscriptions - Yes. We offer custom arrangements for your home or office on a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly basis. Please check out our options at or contact us at 913 449 7599 or email andrea@branchesandtwigs.com for more information. 
  • How long will my flowers last - We use only premium flowers and execute a multiple step process to ensure their freshness and longevity. Flowers that are arranged in foam will not last as long as fresh cuts. Depending on the varieties used, room temperature and customer care, arrangements can last 4 to 8 days . Arrangements need to be watered daily. If you would like an extended life of your flowers, we suggest re-cutting the stems on a sharp angle and placing back in a vase of clean water.  Nature is fascinating and some flowers last longer than others.  We recommend removing the spent blooms to increase the life of the arrangement and allow you to enjoy its beauty much longer.

  • I'm buying for multiple people, how do I send 2 arrangements to 2 addresses? - You can simply add each to the shopping cart and purchase them individually in two steps, this is the only way to ensure the 2 delivery addresses are collected and the correct shipping is charged for the two addresses.
